I'm proud to be part of the EU because I have a very rich European heritage; I am English, but my mother's side of the family are Greek, and my father's side is Italian, French, and more. As a child, we would always go on holiday to a European country. In fact I have never been outside the EU! I would like the first time I leave the EU to be for a holiday, not because my country will no longer be part of it. I understand the implications of us leaving the EU will be difficult for our economy, and for other aspects of our lifestyles, but I want to remain in the EU because my heritage means so much to me.
